Terms of sale

You contract with Reply Intelligence Group Ltd (Company No. 17040048), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Flat 14, 2 Stewart Court, Colnhurst Road, Watford WD17 4BW, United Kingdom. ICO registration ZC192287. Reply Intelligence Group Ltd is not VAT registered. Prices are as stated, with no VAT added.

The teaser score is free. The full report is a one-off digital product, currently £49 during the limited launch offer (usual list £79). No account is required. Access is by a tokenised link emailed to you.

Optional implementation of the fix pack by Reply Intelligence Group is a separate engagement, quoted from your report. It is not included in the report price and does not guarantee that AI engines will recommend your practice.

ReplyScore is sold to practices and other businesses acting in the course of their business, not to consumers buying for private use.

A full report includes the score, category breakdown, competitor gap notes, quoted engine answers from the audit, and a fix pack with generated schema where we have the data. It is a point-in-time assessment.

AI engine responses are third-party outputs quoted for assessment. They are a sample from the audit date, not a permanent ranking, and they vary between runs. We do not scrape consumer chat apps. We do not promise search rankings, patient volume, or recovered revenue.

Full-report payment is taken by Stripe Checkout on the Reply Intelligence Group Ltd merchant account. Card details are handled by Stripe, not by us. The report unlocks when Stripe confirms payment.

The report is delivered digitally on payment. If we fail to deliver the report, email hello@replyintelligencegroup.co.uk and we will refund or re-run the scan. Change of mind after a successful delivery is not a ground for refund.

By submitting a URL you confirm you are authorised to request an audit of that site. We crawl it as ReplyScoreBot (see bot identity). We may also fetch publicly available pages for practices named in engine answers so we can compare signals.

Reply Intelligence Group owns the ReplyScore software, brand, scoring method and report templates. You may use your own report for your practice, including sending it to your web agency. You may not resell the product, scrape it, or present our peer scores as your own research.

We provide the service with reasonable care. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or indirect loss, or for what third-party AI engines say. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
