What we collect

When you run a scan we process:

  • The website URL, practice name, town and vertical you provide
  • Your email address
  • Whether you consent to score and report emails, and whether you opt in to marketing
  • Crawl extracts from pages on the submitted site (for example name, address, phone, hours and services where published)
  • Scores, engine answers quoted in your report, and competitor names those engines mention
  • A salted hash of your IP address, used only to limit abuse and control AI spend
  • Payment status from Stripe if you buy the full report (we do not store card numbers)

We do not sell your data.

Why we use it

Running your audit and sending your score and report is necessary to perform the contract you ask us to perform. Abuse and spend controls (including the IP hash) are our legitimate interests in keeping the service usable and solvent. Marketing emails go out only if you tick the optional box. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing privacy@replyscore.co.uk.

Who we share it with

We use processors to run ReplyScore: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Inngest (background jobs), Anthropic, Perplexity and DataForSEO (engine queries used to produce your report). They only receive what they need to do that work.

Some processors are outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Scan and report data, including the tokenised report link, is kept for up to 12 months from the scan date unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Payment records are kept for as long as UK accounting rules require. Marketing consent is kept until you unsubscribe or we stop that list.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to certain processing, or to receive it in a portable form, where those rights apply. Email privacy@replyscore.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO.
